Our teams

This department’s day-to-day work is about making important decisions on company strategy, HR topics, marketing and controlling. This team also makes sure that you feel totally at home at WERKBLiQ.

This team focuses on the functionalities and usability of our product. The aim is to reduce complexity and find solutions that make life easier. Once the new ideas have been explored and designed, they move on to the development team.

Hands-on: this is where people get things done! Our development team takes care of rapid data exchange, robust processes, stable architecture, smart and user-friendly interfaces for our customers and, of course, generally the consistent optimisation of our product.
In addition to lead generation, our sales team handles product presentations and technical training. Thanks to the independent support of pilot projects and test phases, the sales team works closely with product management and development to drive ideas and improvements forwards internally.

To ensure that our customers can use their WERKBLiQ account fully as quickly as possible, our implementation managers support them in the initial setup process. In the event of problems and queries from existing customers, the customer support team provides assistance at all times.

Our history
WERKBLiQ was founded in 2015 by Dr Tim Busse and Dennis Koblowsky. The young company now has over 40 employees who work in a start-up environment on innovative business models to support Industry 4.0 . Our journey from being a start-up to merging with DMG MORI Digital GmbH has passed some key milestones. The WERKBLiQ platform has become established on the market as a manufacturer-independent all-in-one solution for everyone involved in the machine service process.
